From left to right: Browbone, Crease, Eyelid.

Okay, I know I said I'd lay off the Wet 'n Wild reviews but I haven't done one in ages and I promise, this one's worth it. From the moment I laid eyes on the Wet 'n Wild stand after I first discovered it in Zurich, I immediately searched for the Walking on Eggshells palette. The first few times I checked for it, it was completely sold it. It's the Wet 'n Wild product that I've found to have the most fuss around it and I was keen to see if it lived up to the hype.

This palette is definitely an everyday neutral type of deal. It features three shades to create a complete eye look: one intended for all over the eyelid, one to go in the crease and a browbone highlight shade. The browbone shade is a shimmery white, not a shade I would normally gravitate towards. This is probably my least favourite of the three shades, and not one I would wear on my lids. However for it's given job as a browbone highlight, I quite like it. The crease shade is a shimmery golden brown and the typical eyeshadow colour I go for. It's a great one to give an eye look more dimension and one that I've also enjoyed wearing together with the other shades or by itself as a wash all over the lids. Finally, the eyelid shade, which is a shimmery peachy pink. I've been looking for a pale pink eyeshadow that is shimmery and pigmented enough to actually show up on the lids without looking white and I think this fits the bill pretty well. On a day where I'm not going the the whole hog with my eyeshadow, I've been loving this on my lids for a natural, no fuss makeup look.

Onto the actual quality of the shades. This to me is no different than the other picks I've tried from this brand. The eyeshadows are finely milled and the pigmentation is on point. Even just swatching these shadows, you can see how good the colour payoff is and that really translates onto the lids. I always use an eyeshadow base with all the eyeshadows I use and from my experience using this palette so far, these have lasted as well on me as some of my high end eyeshadows. As with all Wet 'n Wild products I've tried so far, the packaging is the only downside, it's plasticky and not too aesthetically pleasing. Having said that, for eyeshadows that are great quality and cost under £2, I'll happily deal with some flimsy packaging!

Overall, this is a great little palette and fantastic value for money. If you're in the market for a palette that you can whip out on a day to day basis with minimal fuss with application, this is your guy. As for me, I'm taking a step back from Wet 'n Wild purchases for now - no, really!
