A Tiny Sephora Haul

As you may well know, Sephora recently graced Zurich with its presence. It now has a permanent spot in the city and despite the fact that I'm supposed to be having a low-buy month, I obviously stormed back over there as soon as I got the chance. It's still pretty crazy in there even a few weeks post-launch but I managed to come away with a few bits anyway. What a trooper. I didn't get much (girl's gotta eat) but I did pick up two things that I thought I'd chat about today!

Too Faced Creamy Peach Oil Lip Gloss in Papa Don't Peach - I'll be honest, the absolute only reason I went to go buy one of these is because my mum rocked up with one last week and I'm obsessed with the scent. As someone who grew up hoarding Lip Smackers and boasted an enviable collection of scented lipgloss, a lip product with a good fragrance will always win me over. This one smells like a mixture of tutti frutti bubblegum and a tiny bit of peach. Definitely more the former than the latter, interestingly enough. It just so happens that the product itself is lovely too. A non-sticky gloss with great pigmentation and pretty decent longevity! May or may not have to pick up one or two more of these...

Sephora Cream Lip Stain in 25 Coral Sunset - After hearing about this range for yonks, I finally got my hands on one of the shades. I've already worn it out for two meals (the truest of tests) and I have to say, it did really well. These are essentially oddly named liquid lipsticks but are far more affordable than most of the ones I've tried. Yes, there's not a whole lot of product in the tube but it's rare I go through a whole lipstick, so I don't mind too much. This applies nicely and dries down with some slight tackiness left to it. It does get drying after prolonged wear but you can reapply it without patchiness or pilling so that in itself is a big bonus.

Left: Papa Don't Peach, Right: Coral Sunset.
So there we have it - the tiniest haul in all the land. I know this was a particularly minimal one but I still have a Sephora wish list as long as my arm, so you can expect a fair few more of these over the next few months! If you have any Sephora recommendations, please let me know!

  4. It may be a tiny haul but both of the products look amazing. I have a Sephora lip stain which I love, but I haven't actually worn it in a while.
